About this product
A single Vestax PDX-2000 direct-drive turntable, operation confirmed. Silver with aluminum platter, straight tonearm, and pitch control (+/-50%). Plays 33.3 and 45 RPM vinyl via RCA outputs. Includes a slipmat. Made in Japan. Sold as a unit with no manufacturer warranty. A functional used deck for analog DJing.
Our take
Operation confirmed – and it works fine. The pitch control is decent, though a bit stiff. The straight arm is good for scratching. It includes a slipmat, which is nice. The silver finish has typical scratches. No warranty, so you're taking a chance, but for the price, it's an affordable way into a respected Japanese turntable. Just make sure you have a preamp since it's phono output only.
